Only $5.00 per general notarized signature (*Most notary fees are regulated by the State of VIRGINIA).

LOAN DOCUMENT PACKAGES: We also fax document if you ask us to do so an aditional $10.00 to $25.00 dollar fee will be apply in order to fax
Rates start at $120-$390 - Additional Set of Documents $65 E-Docs are an additional $55. (Lender/Borrower's Copy). RUSH signings are an additional $80. Same days appointments are $35.00 extra. Purchase are extra $75.00, Fax documents additional $35.00 Rates are negotiable.

*All notarization fees are based on the VIRGINIA statutory code. Travel charges are additional and are calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization and will differ depending on location. No two notarizations are exactly alike, some require hours of preparation while others may require only the completion of a simple form; our fees reflect this. To allow for expedient notarization without incurring additional fees, please be certain all documents are appropriately completed. If we have to translate to spanish a $35.00 fee will apply
We cover all Virginia but if you are looking to know tows or counties within these range here are them. After 30 miles our price change .
Base Price is 120.00 for a first loan or for line of credit up to 30 miles making appointment within 5 days and sending file with a minimum of 12 hours prior closing. Late file will be apply a late fee of 25.00. First and second mortgage up to 30 miles are 190.00 and also late fee will be apply if files are not on time. Purchase document will be the base prize plus $75.00, more customers on table.
